RECENT WORK

Project managed the safe and smooth opening of Caring in Bristol’s Z house, a new innovative project providing a youth night shelter, offering consistent short-term emergency accommodation and support for young people experiencing a housing crisis, helping them navigate barriers and find longer term housing. Working closely with Josh Houston and the team, used Theory of Change methodology to ensure accommodation, staff and volunteer model, on-call and monitoring frameworks, budgets, eligibility and assessment and external comms were in place in 3 short months. Z House opened July 2024 and is currently thriving.

WHAT I DO

I help individuals, teams, managers, seniors leaders and boards in expert charities. We know that people, teams, organisations and partnerships are complex and multi-faceted and so my work reflects this. My approach and solutions are holistic and inclusive.

If it’s broken I’ll help you fix it.
If it’s stuck, I find the motivation or movement.
If it’s confused, I find the path.

I act as a catalyst to find clarity, unlock solutions, find motivation and achieve success.
